Liquid Yoga, Liquid Breath, Liquid Body
October 4 - October 14€1650
“No matter how relaxed you are, you can always relax more” – Cora Verkuilen
Resting into the unknown and with no expectations we enter the Mystery. Moving the breath through the body and the body through the breath, our bodies soften, open and expand. We will re-pattern the mind-body system and activate the liquid light body with the breath. We will use music, chanting, ritual & breathwork in our Yoga from within healing practice – relaxing deeply into receptivity – cultivating yin energy and efficiently utilising yang energy.
Breathwork is the key to consciousness and the breath is the single most powerful tool we have as a force for waking up on the planet right now. The breath is the most intimate touch of existence…this first beloved caresses us from the inside all the time and yet we hardly notice its presence. Most of us have hardly begun to explore the power of the breath as a tool to deepen our intimacy with ourselves and with existence. There is so much more capacity for aliveness in us, right here in our bodies if we open up more deeply to the breath. Powerful physical, emotional and psychological healing happens spontaneously as a result of conscious connected breathing. When we awaken to the energy within us, we merge with the energy around us – and vice versa. When we melt into the energy that surrounds us, we fall into the energy that is at our core…we die into love, into bliss. Every breath a dolphin takes is conscious and here, the dolphins are our teachers – reminding us that “Bliss is our Birthright”.
Using breath sound & movement we explore the pathways that open as we surrender to sexual energy as a vehicle for awakening, deepening sexual awareness and sensation. If our lovemaking is with all of existence as an act of devotion, then our sexual energy is like a rippling blue flame – a cool fire that ripples under our skins and sets every part of our bodies alight. It is clear and lucid. It is expansive and full-bodied. It is quiet and present. It is passionate enough to ignite new life and burn away dead wood. It is exquisitely sensual. When we enter into the rippling blue flame, time disappears, form becomes less dense and we awaken to the beloved in all things.

Cora Verkuilen’s soul searching journey started more than 20 years ago, practicing yoga, meditation and Pranayama. First she discovered Hatha Yoga with Nico Liplijn and then at the start of 2000 she found Power yoga. Many yoga teacher trainings, meditations and breathing exercises later YogaTrainer was created in 2007. Initially, YogaTrainer focused on company events, workshops, lessons on location and many yoga travels. In 2011, a small studio in Eindhoven was launched where Cora taught all lessons herself. With exponential growth over the past years, YogaTrainer now has 14 teachers, 4 rooms, multiple lessons per day and lessons for yoga and breathwork training 365 days a year.
Cora’s mission is ‘Expanding Awareness’. Her work is tough. In-depth. Confrontational. Not for Sissies. But always safe, playful, conscious, and well-founded. Through yoga and breath work she teaches mastery of mind and body. Cora participates in ongoing training in Breathing with Dan Brule and Wim Hof- The Iceman. THE BREATH is the most powerful tool we have for awakening on the planet right now and it is her passion to share it with you.
Rhianne is a dolphin dreamer, explorer and breath worker extraordinaire. For the past 5 years she has been attending, organizing and co-facilitating retreats in Mozambique. The energy of her many encounters with the dolphins and vastness of the ocean permeate her being. She is an avid alchemist and a dedicated dreamer with a depth of knowledge and experience of transforming the mundane into the magical. Her personal explorations have led her into working with dreams, as a companion to those busy with their journey of dying, exploring the breath as a thread connecting us directly to source & processing and ritual with groups in wild nature. Truth as emptiness and Truth as embodiment – as consciousness expressing in form, in beautiful bodies of love…it is this language of the heart, this feminine language of embodiment & feeling that Rhianne is most interested in learning and sharing.
‘Essentially a performer in the great arts of the divine’, Courtney is a talented artist, actor and musician. She is especially gifted in her spontaneous ability to apply her artistic gifts and musical talents to a group dynamic in aid of personal transformation and creativity.Since 1999 Courtney has worked passionately and intensively with the resident pod of Inshore Bottle Nose dolphins of Southern Mozambique as Halo Gaia’s owner, Ponta Malongane`s Ocean Safari guide, leading Dolphin Swim Facilitator and data collector. Through her intimate relations with the dolphins, her love of people and her love of the ocean, Courtney offers an extraordinary Ocean Awareness program.
