RETREAT
Sexual Shadow Integration
What can be teased to the surface in you about how you hold all the forms of your eroticism? What is erotic? What is perverse? What is erotic and perverse? What brings the most charge to our beings in the form of fear and desire?
And what dear messages are those arousals giving us?
When: 17 — 24 April 2026
Venue: Bodhi Khaya, Standford, South Africa
This retreat offers you the courageous space to turn inward, illuminating the parts of yourself that long to be seen, held, and transformed. With compassionate guidance from Lisa Grace and Rahasya, you will gain the tools to break free from unconscious limitations and step into a more empowered, authentic, and embodied expression of your sexuality.
What if the parts of yourself you’ve been taught to hide hold the key to your deepest freedom?
Join Lisa Grace and Rahasya for an immersive retreat based on the transformative Sexual Shadow Integration work of the Shakti Shiva Academy. This retreat is an invitation to explore, embrace, and integrate the hidden aspects of your sexuality—those unconscious patterns, fears, and desires that shape your intimate experiences and personal relationships.
Through a unique blend of guided shadow work, embodiment practices, and sacred inquiry, you will embark on a powerful journey of self-discovery, moving beyond shame and repression into a state of wholeness and liberation.
“The body always attempts to show us what we haven’t fully felt - and particularly the sexual body.”

Why This Retreat?
For those ready to dive deeper, this will be a legitimate immersion into the reinforcement of repeated practice. Each day immersed goes deeper than the last as old structures are invited to dissolve and welcome new ways of being.
Please be prepared that this weekend is meant to disrupt you. Have support in place for continued integration. Know that everyone’s shit is invited to the table and that this field requires a mutual commitment to personal growth. Part of the beauty of group work is that other selves are present to perfectly reflect edges we didn’t even know we needed to work! This will be a deeply held space of loving support, and each person needs to show up with a commitment to a relaxed ego and heart-based truth. We are trusting each other.
Participants must be prepared with a basic embrace of equanimity, and interest in being uncomfortable. In this environment, triggers are golden treasure troves of information, and everything is an opportunity to move through what has been put away for later.
Many of us carry unspoken wounds, conditioning, or shame around our sexuality—whether inherited from family, culture, or personal experience. When left unexplored, these shadows can create patterns of disconnection, fear, or self-sabotage in our intimate lives.

Swami Advait Rahasya
Swami Rahasya is as much a rascally trickster as he is a serious pundit of Tantric Spirituality. He uses tongue-and-cheek, irony, and colourful stories (personal, archetypal, and beyond) to share the high teachings of the Tantric adepts of old.
Rahasya has been a lifelong student of tantra. His worldly involvement has included the practising of several professions, the learning of an unusual range of skills and the sexual learning available through several relationship styles, including 14 years of monogamy.
He’s the founder of the Advait Tantra School, a school known for producing remarkable teachers (several of his students are now significant tantra teachers in their own right) and author of The Rocky Horror Tantra Book.
The Rocky Horror Tantra Book is a deep exploration of Tantric practice and has become a standard work for modern students of tantra. It describes the path through stories and discourse. Be warned. This book strongly challenges many popular ideas about love, relationship, spiritual endeavour. It is also powerfully and unashamedly erotic, as is the journey of tantra itself.
“Tantra is the roughest, rockiest and unquestionably the most horrible of spiritual paths. It is not a journey for the faint-hearted, the weak-minded or the emotionally troubled. It presents serious difficulties even to the heroic. It is as harsh as the Truths of Life themselves. Just reading about it though, is probably not all that dangerous …”
Rahasya has been teaching tantra since 2002 – he lives and teaches in South Africa and is now mostly teaching the volunteers who’re helping him build Little Tibet, a retreat centre 200km from Cape Town.Specialities: Shadow work, erotic work, touch work, fantasy & taboos, polarity processing

F.A.Q
Who is this retreat for?
For those ready to dive deeper than the sampler platter of the one-day offered in February this will be a legitimate immersion into the reinforcement of repeated practice. Each day immersed goes deeper than the last as old structures are invited to dissolve and welcome new ways of being.
This weekend will continue on with the foundational themes:
- Experience creating personal safety
- Bring awareness to just how much of your identity is currently run by your subconscious
- Play with polarities – exploring the trap of pursuit and avoidance
- Increase your capacity for being in the unknown
- Remain embodied and self-referenced
- Don’t take yourself too seriously 😉
Participants must be prepared with a basic embrace of equanimity, and interest in being uncomfortable. In this environment, triggers are golden treasure troves of information, and everything is an opportunity to move through what has been put away for later.
Can I attend alone?
Yes, you’re welcome to participate on your own. Whether you’re single or in partnership / relationship, this retreat is designed as a solo experience alongside and together with others. You will have the opportunity to deepen in intimacy with yourself and with others.
