MODULE 1: HELLO SOULMATE!
MEETING YOUR INNER BELOVEDS
In this first module, we will set the stage for a powerful journey ahead. Our initial aim is to offer you a clear and layered understanding of what the Masculine (Alpha, Yang) and Feminine (Omega, Yin) energetic archetypes are as they relate to this course, how these archetypes express inside you, and how they can enter into a phenomenal, juicy love affair with each other. We will acquaint you with the three levels of their development - the unconscious, the conscious and the deep - and how they exist in you. Thus the stage will be set for the greater depths of the modules to follow.
MODULE 2: HEROES AND VILLAINS UNVEILED
UNDERSTANDING THE UNCONSCIOUS MASCULINE AND FEMININE ASPECTS
PART 1
During this module, we will engage a powerful practice to pull back our projections from others allowing us to deeply connect with all aspects of ourselves, also known as our Totality. We will develop our Witness capacity and learn to "stalk" ourselves in order to understand the stereotypes, polarities and projections we harbor. We will discover how our unconscious beliefs about our gender (however we identify) are created through the conditioning passed down to us by our culture and family. We will reclaim our power to step into our own authentic creations and expressions.
MODULE 3: THE STAGE IS SET
MEETING THE UNCONSCIOUS MASCULINE AND FEMININE ASPECTS
PART 2
In this module, we will perform a hilariously funny and revealing exercise in which we explore your internal gender caricatures. Caricatures are a personal version of stereotypes that live in our unconscious. These unconscious caricatures have an uncanny ability to undermine our personal relationship lives until they are seen and integrated. We will also practice a powerful and ancient Buddhist practice where we will develop what is known as the “Four Immeasureables”: sympathetic joy; loving kindness; compassion and equanimity.
MODULE 4: INNER ALCHEMY
DEVELOPING THE CONSCIOUS MASCULINE INNER ASPECT
During this module, we will explore the qualities of the Conscious Masculine inner aspect and how these qualities are currently expressing (or not) in our lives. We will bring clarity and understanding to our current Will and how it is possibly divided. We will utilize a powerful practice to bring integration between our unconscious and conscious wills so that we are in line with our Divine Will.
MODULE 5: MEETING IN THE HEART
DEVELOPING THE CONSCIOUS FEMININE INNER ASPECT
During this module, we will expand into the realm of the Conscious Feminine Inner Aspect and will explore the deep bliss that this aspect of ourselves offers. We will explore the realm of Relationship and perform a profound practice where we get to experience the state of relationship between our Inner Beloveds and gain understanding about the dynamics of our external relationships and how they are a reflection of this inner relationship.
MODULE 6: DEEP DIVING
CULTIVATING & INTEGRATING THE DEEP MASCULINE AND FEMININE ASPECTS
In this final module, we will bring all the pieces together. First is learning the qualities of the Deep or Sacred Masculine inner aspect and the Deep, Sacred Feminine inner aspect. We will explore principles for opening to this dimension in our inner and outer relationship lives. And finally, we will engage with plenty of somatic and experiential practices to drop into the deepest compassion and love for ourselves in our Totality.

OUR FOUNDER, SHAKTI MALAN'S PERSONAL JOURNEY WITH THE CREATION OF THIS "SOULMATE WITHIN" COURSE
"In my 20’s and early 30’s, I tried a range of ways to find the fulfillment in relationship that I sensed was possible. I went for really safe, secure relationships and got bored. I fell for wild, uncontained lovers and got trapped in addictive cycles. I explored whether being with a woman would make a difference and found all the dynamics of relationship still present. I tried open relationship and polyamory. I took a position against relationship. None of these stances brought me any closer to that elusive fulfillment.
Finally, I saw clearly that happiness could not come to me through another – that I had to find the inner union, the Soulmate Within.
The radical nature of this moment brought me to some clear and powerful insights. I recognized that I was out of touch with the feminine, and so I committed to finding her. I recognized that my life would never be fulfilling through outer achievement only – but that my soul had a deep longing for spiritual awakening, and that this would be my path.
I discovered that each person I fell in love with was mirroring to me an aspect of myself that I hadn’t yet fully owned. All of them – each lover I ever had – was inviting me back to myself. To meet myself as the first beloved.
This work became my dedicated focus for several years. I clearly remember a moment of looking at my reflection in the mirror and feeling so in love with myself. I realized instantly that this had everything to do with the juicy love affair that had developed between my masculine and feminine."
MEET YOUR FACILITATORS: Claire & Lisa
CLAIRE RUMORE: Based in the San Francisco Bay Area of California, Claire has been on a multi-decade journey of reclaiming connection to her sacred sexual self and living from a place of integration and authenticity. Growing up Catholic in the southern part of the United States definitely created challenges for Claire during her younger years. However, meeting Shakti Malan in 2010 fortified this reclamation journey and empowered Claire in ways she could have never anticipated.
Now more than a decade later Claire is a skilful guide for individuals and couples into understanding their sexuality, gender, and identity through a Tantric lens. She has a special place in her heart for supporting members of a couple to harmonize and relate consciously as they lovingly connect with their own inner selves.
Claire has a background in human sexuality, Tantric spirituality, and sex education, as well as coaching, counseling, dance, and magical ritual. She was a senior student of Shakti Malan from 2012-2017, has been teaching with the Shakti Shiva Academy since 2017, and stepped into co-directorship with Rhianne in March of 2020. She's immensely honored to help carry forward the legacy of her beloved mentor, Shakti Malan, far into the future.

LISA GRACE: Lisa is a master of the practice of fully trusting and surrendering to the moment, holding that as the most terrifying, gorgeous, and powerful thing to ask of the Feminine. In a world that doesn’t always show up as trustworthy, the ferocious authenticity of the deep Feminine is the medicine needed most. From an early age Lisa thrived in sexual experiences that are considered taboo and has continued in that pursuit ever since, formally studying human sexuality and consciousness for the last 16 years. Life and body awareness evolved from structured study of ballet to the intensity of karate and wild freedom of Ecstatic Dance. It wasn’t until meeting Shakti in 2011 that the full self-love piece came in with permission to expand into bliss, reclaim innocence, and develop the divine dance of the inner Masculine and Feminine. Lisa served as a Senior Student with Shakti from 2014-2017 and has since been deep in the Alpha and Omega developing practice of The Yoga of Intimacy. A Holo Level Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programing and trained in Hakomi Therapy, Lisa is currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity at the Pacific School of Religion.

TOTALITY THERAPY PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
The Soulmate Within course is part of our 24-month TOTALITY THERAPY PROFESSIONAL TRAINING and comprises one of four parts required for becoming a facilitator. For those interested in participating in the professional training, this course covers the personal explorations component of your training. It will give you the opportunity to guide your clients from a place of lived experience and compassionate understanding rather than theory alone. Learning how to facilitate this work in a professional setting takes place later in the Totality Therapy Training curriculum and comprises part 4 - The Fundamentals of Facilitation - which is the final part of the 24-month curriculum.
This course is also entirely suitable to take for personal development motivations only.

Do I need a partner to do this work?
No, this course is designed to be a personal journey, tapping into your own personal desires, your individual blockages and obstacles and your personal connection with the Soulmate Within. For those who are in a partnership, you may find that this work will bring a greater dimension to your relating and intimacy with one another. For those who do not currently have a partner, you will find a greater depth of relating to your own inner beloved as you step into who you truly are in a rich fulfillment within yourself – which in turn can open the pathways for relationship to open up. You do not need a partner to participate in this course.

Is this course for women only?
No, this course is open to both men and women of all ages (18+). This work is suitable for all sincere seekers of truth regardless of gender or orientation, single or partnered. [Please note: the language in this course is of a binary nature in order to capture the essence of energetic polarity.]

What about confidentiality?
Your journey remains completely confidential. If you wish to share on the community website, there is a confidentiality agreement in place. Participation in the course Facebook and WhatsApp groups is entirely optional.

Would this course work for me if I'm not straight?
Absolutely. This course is suitable for people of all sexual orientations: gay, straight, bi-sexual or whichever way your sexuality flows. Sexual orientation is not the focus of this material because this course is designed to open you to your unique inner masculine-feminine union (your personal soulmate within) so that you can step into who you truly are as an energetic and sexual being, with utter acceptance and fulfillment.

No. In fact, sometimes, the less you know the better - this opens you to beginner's mind and to meeting the material in a fresh way.

Do I need good internet or internet skills to take this course?
Only for downloading and interaction in the Q&A aspect of the live coaching calls. We will give you all the support we can – and you’ll see that, once you’re in the flow, it’s really easy.

How is the teaching conducted?
The teaching content for each of the 6 modules will be delivered in both a written pdf as well as an audio recording. These will be released on 1 & 14 January; 1 & 14 February; 1 & 14 March. This allows you to immerse in the teachings at a time and place that is most convenient for you, giving you sufficient time to complete before each live group coaching call.

Do I have to finish the course in a certain time period?
No. Because you're able to download all the materials, you can work through them at your own pace. You will have lifetime access to the course forum and community website so you can continue to interact and learn with the other course participants even after the course has completed.

Is it possible to receive a refund?
Withdrawal from the course is only possible during the first two weeks of the course. Should you decide to withdraw, your future payments will be cancelled; however no refunds will be provided. After 14 January 2022, withdrawal is no longer permitted. If you find yourself unable to keep up with the course then no problem: You will have lifetime access to the course website and can also retake the course when it is offered in the future at 50% of the course fee. All materials are also downloadable for you to work through at your own pace.
