Embodied Facilitation

Masterclass Series

This is a curated series of live masterclasses, each led by facilitators with a distinct body of work, perspective, and lived experience.

This series gathers facilitators who have shaped their work over years of practice, across breath, voice, conflict, culture, and the realities of sustaining a life in facilitation.

Each session offers a different lens into what it means to hold space, revealing that there is no single way to do this work.

Across the series, you’ll explore themes that sit at the heart of facilitation, from presence and communication, to working with the body and nervous system, navigating power, harm, and relational dynamics, understanding cultural and systemic context, and building sustainable, values-aligned practices.

Facilitation lives at the intersection of self, relationship, culture, and practice.

Rather than offering a single method or framework, this series opens you to multiple ways of seeing and doing the work, drawing from facilitators with years – and in some cases decades – of experience across diverse fields.

Each session is an invitation to expand your perspective, refine your instincts, and deepen your relationship to the role you play when holding space. This is not about becoming a perfect facilitator, but a more aware, responsive, and grounded one.

7 FACILITATOR-LED MASTERCLASSES

with lifetime replay acces

This is for you if:

  • You feel called to hold space, but don’t fully trust yourself yet
You’ve done inner work, but don’t know how to translate it into facilitation
  • You find yourself overthinking, performing, or second-guessing in group spaces
  • You want to facilitate in a way that feels grounded, ethical, and embodied

You’ll begin to:

  • Trust your presence in the room

  • Facilitate from your body, not just your mind

  • Navigate group dynamics with more clarity and steadiness

  • Move from “Am I doing this right?” → “I can hold this”

This is a practice.
And it changes how you show up, in facilitation, and beyond.

Observing the Caste System + How Facilitators Can Interrupt Caste

Tuesday 10 + 24 November 2026

We are all magical, and we are all socialized into a caste system. Together, we will explore the roots of caste and how we learn who is and is not worthy of love, belonging, dignity, and care. Drawing from Origin, the film based on Caste by Isabel Wilkerson, we will map the ways we have been marginalized and normalized, while uncovering the larger cultural, historical, and ancestral context shaping our personal and collective power.

As facilitators, we also shape culture. This session explores how we can interrupt “over culture” and create spaces that are more authentic, accountable, welcoming, and dignifying. We will reflect on grief, shame, ancestry, and the body’s role in moving from “trauma bonding” toward “dignity bonding” cultures rooted in love and liberation.

Zahava Griss (aka Z, pronouns: they/them) is the founder of Embody More Love, a spiritual kinky dance community for personal & cultural liberation. Since 1999, Z has been facilitating dance, embodiment and eros as a source of healing, creativity, building community, and shifting our culture. Z’s performance rituals, books, coaching, grief rituals, and workshops invite a dismantling of oppression so we can create more truthful, empowering, and meaningful relationships.

Their core offering is Play with Power & Gender through Dance, a 3 month spiritual kinky dance immersion.

Planning for Profit: Design a financial roadmap that supports your mission, grows your income, and aligns with your values

Tuesday 19 January 2027

Too often, purpose-led facilitators pour energy into their work without a clear financial structure to support it. No matter how strong your mission or how sincere your desire to serve, it becomes significantly harder to create and sustain the impact you’re here to make long-term if your business isn’t profitable. This session offers a clear, practical approach to designing a financial roadmap that helps you make aligned decisions and build a business that can truly support the work you’re here to do.

Our time will include: clarifying a meaningful profit goal, building a first-cut budget and financial plan, creating space to reflect on your relationship with finances, and building confidence in your ability to lead your business financially.

Jared Lim is the founder of Entrepreneur Awaken, a coaching company focused on helping conscious entrepreneurs grow profitable, scalable businesses without compromising their wellbeing, freedom, or values. He is also the co-founder of Sacred Ways, a retreat company that offers transformational experiences in Peru and Hawaii for those called to deep inner healing and spiritual deepening.

Jared is a Certified Accelerated Evolution Master Coach with over a decade of experience as a founder, coach, and advisor, supporting entrepreneurs by integrating deep inner work with strategic execution.

Marketing That Works (and Feels Good!)

Tuesday 2 February 2027

“Marketing” and “selling” may seem like dirty words to facilitators who want to create heart-opening, transformative experiences. There’s so much sleazy and manipulative material out there, that seems like it’s designed to trick people into buying.

But this is not what marketing or selling have to be. Good, long-term relationships with students and clients start with introducing people to the work you are doing in ways that are aligned with that work.

Effective marketing includes educating your students about your point of view and values, sharing with them. your hopes and dreams for them, and speaking to them as if you are on their side, rooting for them — because you are.

The best marketing is that which is a natural extension of your work… and feels good (otherwise, you can’t sustain it.)

In this masterclass, you’ll learn how to create marketing and fill your workshops based on three principles:
  • It must be effective.
  • It must be consent-based.
  • And it must feel good (to you AND your students).
You’ll learn how to find your ideal students, share your core message, and reach them through channels that you actually enjoy doing, all while building a long-term audience that attends your events again and again.

Observing the Caste System: who we learned it’s ok to love

Live class 1: 10 November 2026

We are all magical and we are all socialized into a caste system. Come learn the roots of the caste system so you can consciously recognize and interrupt it. We will discuss Origin, the film based on Isabel Wilkerson’s book, Caste. We will map the ways we have been marginalized and normalized. We will uncover how the caste system trains us about who is and is not worthy of love, of sex, of belonging in our village. Our erotic, spiritual, and political power is often decontextualized. We will slow down to see the larger cultural, historical, and ancestral context for our personal and collective power.

How Facilitators Can Interrupt Caste: creating a love and liberation culture

Live class 2: 24 November 2026

When you facilitate, you define the culture of the container. It’s an opportunity to make the “over culture” visible and to replace it with something more authentic, more accountable, more welcoming, more dignifying. Creating culture starts with your own relationship to your cultural roots, your ancestors, and the dignity of your people(s). We will explore the importance of grieving regularly, grieving personally, collectively, and ancestrally, to be and facilitate a heart centered culture. We will explore what shame is, how to melt it, and how to grow ongoing melting shame practices. Underneath the content of what you teach, is the way your body communicates with other bodies… the way your body is part of a collective shift from a “trauma bonding” culture to a “dignity bonding” culture!
